Process Development Engineer

A global medical device company are looking for a Process Development Engineer to join their Engineering team on a contract basis. You'll be joining the Process Development team to help lead a high-profile product transfer for a highly regulated medical device. You'll help lead re-development activities. For this role you will also need welding experience with medical device products, any type e.g. resistance. You'll be part of a multi-disciplinary team and will need to be able to collaborate with other engineers to ensure project deliverables are met.

Essential skills:

• Mechanical background
• Process Development experience
• Medical devices experience
• Product re-development experience
• Good communication skills


Desirable:

• Welding experience (not industrial)

The start date is for ASAP. The initial contract length is for 12 months, with multiple options to extension after the initial period. The role is based in County Tipperary and will require 4-5 days onsite per week. The rate is EUR50-65 per hour, depending on experience, if you have any expenses please let me know and I can factor that into the rate for you.
