Dans le cadre d’un programme stratégique de déploiement Oracle Cloud, vous serez chargé(e) du pilotage des phases de test et validation, en lien avec les équipes fonctionnelles internes et l’intégrateur.

Job role: ERP Cloud Project Manager

Job purpose: To ensure that the ERP functional stream deliver their parts of the project on time and according to agreed scope and quality.

Reporting lines and interactions: ERP Director, ERP Program Manager, ERP PMO

Job scope:
An international group has launched a strategic program to implement a single ERP solution based on Oracle ERP Cloud, replacing several existing ERP systems across its global business units. Oracle Cloud is already live in multiple regions and the program is now entering a key deployment phase targeting its most significant operational entities. This phase introduces a fixed-price delivery model in collaboration with a new integrator.

In this context, the Governance team is being reinforced with the addition of an Internal Project Manager. The role focuses on the execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Dry Run phases across functional streams, ensuring timely and complete delivery of expected outcomes.

The main role of the ERP Cloud Project Manager will be to ensure that the functional stream deliver their parts of the project on time and according to agreed scope and quality. This will include, but not be limited to:

• Planning and documenting UAT tasks, ensuring alignment with the global UAT Plan, and securing internal resources.

• Closely tracking UAT defect status through to validation by business users.

• Monitoring proper use of the UAT execution tool (JIRA) and supporting user adoption.

• Coordinating with the integrator’s counterpart to ensure adherence to planning.

• Collaborating with the PMO and testing teams to establish effective communication with all key stakeholders.

• Identifying and removing blockers, managing risks and issues, escalating to Governance when needed.

• Driving engagement and accountability among all teams involved in UAT (business, integration, etc.).

• Managing internal review and acceptance of all external deliverables, ensuring they meet minimum quality requirements and are processed within agreed timelines.

• Facilitating sessions and workshops involving cross-functional and multicultural participants.

Nous recherchons un chef de projet expérimenté, idéalement familier avec Oracle Cloud et les environnements internationaux à forte exigence méthodologique.

Must have:

• English: Excellent written and verbal communication

• JIRA tool experience

• Demonstrated ability to support program governance, respond effectively to business needs, and show initiative (e.g. significant experience engaging with Finance, Purchasing, or Engineering teams in a PM or similar capacity)

• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure environments

• Capacity to guide decision-making among stakeholders

• Based in Paris or able to work on-site in the Paris area (Nanterre office)

Nice to have:

• Oracle Cloud ERP experience

• Prior involvement in ERP projects within engineering or construction sectors

• French language skills (spoken/written)

• PowerBI proficiency

Work experience:

• Minimum 5 years delivering large or international projects

Education:

• University degree in IT, Engineering or relevant field
