Le consultant interviendra comme référent fonctionnel Procurement sur le déploiement d’un ERP Oracle Cloud.

Job description :

As part of a transition from IFS to Oracle ERP Cloud, the consultant will act as the Functional Lead for the Procurement domain. The main focus will be on supporting the rollout in the areas of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist Technip Energies business users in executing UAT and adopting the Oracle Procurement solution.

• Support end-user training sessions led by key users and the system integrator, clarifying functionalities and process changes.

• Deliver direct training when necessary.

• Oversee the integrator’s work on UAT defect resolution, production setup, cutover readiness, and all related documentation.

• Contribute to validating the solution and supporting the business during UAT and go-live.

• Facilitate communication between IT and business stakeholders.

• Ensure all business contributors understand their roles and expected actions.

• Maintain close collaboration between involved business and IT teams.

• Escalate risks or issues to project governance.

• Organize and animate stakeholder workshops and meetings across business and IT.

• Proactively escalate or resolve concerns when misalignments are identified.

• Drive business ownership of the project deliverables and overall solution.

• Lead sessions involving multicultural, multilingual stakeholders.

• Provide hands-on support during cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.

Consultant senior justifiant d’au moins 7 ans d’expérience sur Oracle ERP, avec expertise fonctionnelle Procurement

Must-have qualifications:

• Significant experience (7+ years) with Oracle ERP implementations (EBS or Cloud).

• Strong expertise in the Procurement domain, including modules like Sourcing, Supplier Portal, and Contract Management.

• Solid business understanding of procurement processes.

• Excellent teaching and presentation skills.

• Ability to document, synthesize, and present clearly.

• Able to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Capable of influencing decisions without direct authority.

• Highly organized, pragmatic, and rigorous.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

• Must be willing to travel as needed

Nice to have:

• Background in the Oil & Gas industry

• Previous experience with Oracle ERP Cloud

• Proficiency in French (written and spoken) is a plus

Projet international, avec présence possible en phases critiques et interactions constantes avec les équipes IT et métiers.

• International ERP rollout project led by Technip Energies, transitioning from IFS to Oracle Cloud ERP.

• Current deployment scope includes France and the Middle East

• Project phases: UAT, training, cutover, go-live, and hypercare

• Physical presence may be required during critical phases (e.g., go-live)

• Multicultural and multilingual team setup

• The consultant will interact closely with both IT and business stakeholders, including the system integrator

• Strong focus on user engagement and business ownership throughout the project lifecycle
