Piloter les projets d’intégration ou de séparation IT dans un contexte multi-pays et multi-entités.
Analyser les environnements source et cible (tenants M365, DNS, identité, messagerie).
Définir les plans de migration, budgets, plannings et risques associés.
Coordonner les équipes techniques internes et externes (France / Inde).
Superviser la mise en œuvre des outils de migration (BitTitan, Sharegate, Avepoint).
Garantir la conformité aux standards Groupe et la qualité des livrables.
Assurer le reporting projet, le suivi budgétaire et la communication auprès des parties prenantes.
Gestion de projet international / M&A – confirmé à expert
M365 / Digital Workplace – expertise technique et fonctionnelle
Exchange Online, DNS, AD / EntraID, IAM – bonne compréhension des architectures
Outils de migration : BitTitan, Sharegate, Avepoint – pratique avancée
Pilotage transversal / coordination offshore – solide expérience
Anglais professionnel courant (contexte international)
Dans le cadre de ses opérations internationales de fusions et acquisitions, un grand groupe industriel français recherche un Chef de projet senior Digital Workplace pour piloter les intégrations et séparations d’environnements IT (M&A).
La mission s’inscrit au sein de la direction Digital & IT groupe, qui supervise les systèmes d’information d’un large périmètre mondial, et plus particulièrement de l’équipe Digital Workplace en charge des projets M&A à l’échelle globale.
