Être stagiaire chez ATR, c’est être intégré au sein d’une équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre d’intervention et des responsabilités.

Rattaché au service Spares Engineering Support au sein du département Support Client, vous serez accueilli(e) par une chaleureuse équipe d'ingénieurs et techniciens passionnés, investis et reconnus pour leur expertise métier.

Vous aurez la charge de mettre en œuvre des travaux relatifs à la gestion des obsolescences des matériels (équipements) avec nos OEMs en lien avec le suivi et la mise à jour des informations dans la base de données de rechanges (SAP) :

Gestion de l’information relative à l’obsolescence :

• Etablir une cartographie des matériels à risque (équipements) par modèle avion d’ATR au regard des années d’exploitations avions restantes,

• Evaluer les impacts sur la gestion des rechanges (approvisionnement, stock, contrats à l’heure de vol..) en incluant les solutions interchangeables et de retrofit,

• Améliorer les formulaires et outils de suivis utilisés (listing, carte d’obsolescence...),

• Suivi du déploiement de l’outil de gestion de l’obsolescence « Obso-Tracker »

Suivi et mise à jour de l’information :

• Analyser l’existant en interne et avec les services transverses pouvant être fournisseurs ou consommateurs de la donnée,

• Définir les besoins potentiels d’amélioration de la base de données rechanges (ex: définitions,  extraction pour échanges avec les OEMs et fournisseurs),

• Proposer des solutions de gestion de la donnée dans le système rechanges,

• Mettre en place les solutions proposées qui seront préalablement validées,

• Définir un modèle prédictif de fin de vie des produits embarqués

Ce stage est fait pour vous :

Vous êtes étudiant(e) en école d'ingénieur avec une orientation en électronique, avionique, maintenance aéronautique ou en démarche de progrès et êtes à la recherche d'un stage de longue durée sur un projet motivant.

Vous possédez les compétences suivantes :

• Gestion de processus, Lean engineering

• Animation de réunion

• Connaissances d'Excel/PowerPoint/Word. Power BI est un plus

• Soft skills : Créativité/Autonomie/ doté(e) d’un bon relationnel / force de proposition

• Langues Français avancé et Anglais intermédiaire

Under the Spares Engineering Support Services within the Customer Support department, you will be welcomed by a warm team of passionate engineers and technicians, invested and recognized for their professional expertise.

You will be responsible for implementing work related to the management of materials obsolescence (equipment) with our OEMs in connection with the assessment, monitoring and update of information in the spares database (SAP):

Management of information related to obsolescence:

• Map spare materials at risk by ATR aircraft model regarding fleet phase-out,

• Assess impacts on spares management (Supply, inventory, Global Maintenance Agreement…) including interchangeabilities and retrofit documents,

• Improve the forms and tools used for obsolescence monitoring (listing, obsolescence card, etc.),

• Define spares End of Life (EOL) predictive model,

• Monitor the entry into service of obsolescence management tool « Obso-Tracker »

Monitoring and update of the information:

• Analyze the existing situation internally and with cross-functional services that may be suppliers or consumers of the data,

• Define potential needs for improvement of the spares database (e.g.: definitions, extraction for exchanges with OEMs and suppliers),

• Propose data management solutions in the spares database,

• Implement the proposed solutions previously validated,

This internship is made for you:

You are a student in an engineering school with a focus on electronics, avionics, aeronautical maintenance or progress approach (LEAN management) and are looking for a long-term internship on a motivating project.

You have the following skills:

• Process management, Lean engineering

• Meeting animation

• Knowledge of Excel/PowerPoint/Word. Power Bi will be a plus

• Soft skills: Creativity/Autonomy/good interpersonal skills/solution thinking and source of proposals

• Languages: ​​French Fluent and English Intermediate
