Technicien Réseau N2 - N3 Missions :
1. Coordonner les activités du service :
✅ Comprendre les besoins exprimés
✅ Proposer des solutions et suivre leur mise en place
✅ Configurer les matériels
2. Participer aux activités du département :
✅ MCO les actifs matériels et immatériels du SI, conformément aux règles établies au sein du service
✅ S’engager dans des activités régulières de dépannage du réseau et résoudre les problèmes de connectivité du réseau (suivi des tickets et/ou des demandes de changement)
✅ Contribuer au reporting des activités du service
3. Participer aux projets concernant le WAN (MPLS et SD-WAN)
✅ Suivre et planifier les interventions avec les prestataires
✅ Configurer les matériels pour les sites distants
✅ Travailler en collaboration avec les autres pôles, dans le cadre de l’évolution du système d’information

✅ Connaissances des protocoles réseau : TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, Routage dynamique (OSPF, BGP)
