Business Analyst Technico-fonctionnel Oracle HCML'objectif principal de la mission est une mise en oeuvre réussie du Core HR de notre client.
En tant que Business Analyst Team Core HR (CHR), vous aurez le rôle et missions suivantes :
• Préparation et participation aux ateliers avec l'intégrateur, team Core HR et métier RH
• Préparation des livrables projet attendus par l'intégrateur
• Participation au paramétrage des différents modules Oracle HCM
• Réalisation des cahiers de recette, déroulé du plan de tests et suivi des correctifs
• Participation aux sessions de tests utilisateurs (métier rh) et suivi des demandes
• Préparation de support à destination des utilisateurs
Connaissance des différents domaines RH (recrutement, gestion administrative, talent management, Paie, etc..)
• Expérience sur des projets SIRH et mise en place de Core HR
• Expérience d'une organisation projet Agile (itération courte, tests utilisateurs fréquents et régulier, ajustements)
• Respect des délais
• Esprit de synthèse et Bonne analyse d'impacts
• Force de proposition, bonnes pratiques sur l'outil
• Capacité à trouver des solutions, capacité à alerter sur les risques
• Capacité à interagir dans un contexte multi-acteurs : DSI, DRH, intégrateur
Anglais professionnel minimum requis.
Au moins 3 ans sur la solution Oracle HCM.
