A progressive organisation where you can really make a difference. We a great opportunity for a highly experienced Win 11 Build & Deployment Engineer to join the team.
One of our Banking customer is running a project to modernise their end point devices: Windows physical machine across its estate (Admin & Retail). The role is to build and configure Windows 11
Key
Responsibilities:
• Building/shipping devices for remediation (to replace devices missed on deployment or found to be broken)
• Remote support to Branch Colleagues (to remediate any software/config issues missed during deployment)
• Onsite support at branches (to swap devices or to resolve issues which are best resolved \"hands on\")
• Onsite deployment (for awkward branches which don't fit to existing schedule e.g. emergency reschedules)
Key Skills & Experience:
• Mobile (able to drive to al required branches). UK license is a must
• Strong communication skills (able to effectively work with Branch Colleagues and walk them through problem resolution) - any relevant experience in dealing with Branches would be handy
• Strong technically with good troubleshooting skills on Windows 11
• Already familiar with W11 build process & tooling- with Intune knowledge
• Windows deployment background
• Banking customer experience
• Intune knowledge
