Je suis à la recherche d’un(e) EXPERT SYSTEME EXPLOITATION ET RESEAUX pour l’un de mes clients grands comptes.

✅ Durée : 4 mois renouvelables
L’équipe Postes de travail est actuellement engagée dans une démarche de modernisation des socles et des outils de son périmètre.
Dans le cadre de cette transformation, l’équipe migre dans le cloud ses outils de management des devices (Ivanti Neurons, HP Device manager etc…) et diversifie les socles OS (phases pilotes en cours sur MacOS et Linux Ubuntu)
La prestation s’inscrit dans un besoin de renforcer la capacité de Build de l’équipe grâce à un profil expert de l’environnement Postes de travail / Modern Management / Digital WorkplaceSelon ses compétences et expériences.
Le candidat pourra être amené à travailler au sein des 2 plateformes ! Windows 11, MacOS, Linux UbuntuIvanti Neurons, Ivanti UWM, Microsoft MDT, HPDMJira, Confluence, Service Now
Missions :
✅Support de niveau 3/Expert :
✅Résolution des incidents complexes non résolus par les niveaux 1 et 2.
✅Diagnostic approfondi des problèmes de performance, de compatibilité, de sécurité.
✅Interaction avec les éditeurs et les partenaires pour la résolution des problèmes.
✅Prendre part aux projets structurants de l‘équipe Postes de Travail : études d’opportunités, scénarios de migration
✅Traduction des besoins en solutions techniques et fonctionnelles.
✅Élaboration de la roadmap d'évolution du poste de travail et des services associés.
✅Participation à la définition des standards et des bonnes pratiques.
✅Conception et architecture des solutions Réalisation de Proofs of Concept (POCs) pour valider de nouvelles technologies
✅Création et maintien à jour de la documentation technique (architectures, procédures, configurations).
✅Résolution des incidents complexes non résolus par les niveaux 1 et 2.
✅Diagnostic approfondi des problèmes de performance, de compatibilité, de sécurité
✅Interaction avec les éditeurs et les partenaires pour la résolution des problèmes.
✅Actions réalisées tracées dans le backlog Jira
✅Documentations dans Confluence
