Une expérience avec des outils de transport ou de communication serait un atout.
The beginning of the assignment will probably involve a learning period to understand the tools we use in our ecosystem and the constraints/needs of our users. We are a small team where team members must be able to cover for one another. Sharing/documenting is key.
Main Responsibilities:
- Application support:
• Troubleshoot incident tickets opened in Service Now
o Need to understand the workflows in the applications
o At ease reading log files
o Customer support oriented
• Configure / maintain business objects within the tool
o Knowledge about windows services, Windows registry, batch file and vbs
• Implement/test/document new flows with existing or new partners (write specification documents)
o Internal or external (sftp, ssh, pgp/gpg) systems
- Documentation and Knowledge Transfer:
- Develop comprehensive documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions for Level 1 (L1) and Level 2 (L2) support teams as well as among the Team.

- Development / coding (backend systems + Windows batch + VB Script).
- Database management (SQL).
- Basic windows administration (regedit, mmc, users/groups, certificates, IIS)
- Experience with APIs (Postman).
- Basic understanding of sftp transfer + key management.
- Basic encryption (pgp / gpg) + key management.
