This is an exciting role working on improving government digital services! As a Product Manager at Companies House you will be responsible for creating, supporting and continuously improving our products and services. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of software and services, respond to changes in design and be able to deliver under pressure to short timescales. Working closely with Service Managers and Delivery Managers, you will seek out opportunities to optimise delivery, while ensuring quality standards are attained and maintained.

Product Managers work in an open, iterative and collaborative way in a multidisciplinary team, and need to communicate effectively and collaborate closely with designers, researchers, analysts, developers and architects, not to mention stakeholders and colleagues across Companies House. Candidates will be effective communicators with knowledge and application of product management techniques. They understand user centred design practices and know how to embed them into an agile workflow to deliver timely findings.
